Music: 

  • Sunday afternoon classical selections at the Stanley Hotel. 
  • The Rocky Ridge Music Center hosts a summer concert series.  
  • The Estes Park Music Festival sponsors a Tuesday concert series through the summer at Stanley Concert Hall. 
  • There is an excellent Jazz Festival in May. 
  • Scottish pipes at The Lodge Peak Highlands Festival in September. 
  • Chuckwagon Suppers and Western music at the Lazy B Ranch. 
  • There's even a western sing-along several summer nights downtown. Now that's culture! 
Museums: 
  • The McGregor ranch museum is open all summer with a display of pioneer western ranch life and equipment. 
  • The Estes Park Historical Museum has various displays of historic Estes Park, the first residents and pioneers. An original log cabin and the first Rocky Mountain National Park Headquarters building on the site as well as machinery and wagons. 
  • The Stanley Hotel is a Museum in its own right, with displays in the lower hallway and an original Stanley Steamer in the lobby. 
  • Rocky Mountain National Park has several visitor centers with displays and dioramas showing the history, wildlife, and geology of the park. 
Galleries: 
  • There are many fine shops in Estes Park offering a variety of paintings, photography, ceramics, and sculpture. Also, you will find excellent examples of Indian art at several locations.
